Join The Board

Throughout the year, the Board welcomes prospective new Directors to learn more about the organization and volunteer commitments through discussions and attending regular board meetings to observe how the Board functions.  In April 2017, the organization commences work on its new three year strategic plan that the Board, community and staff developed.

Prospective Directors are required to complete and submit an application.  Upon review, they will be contacted by the Nomination Committee to confirm interest and possibly proceed with official nomination to the Board.  New Directors are welcomed to the Board annually at the Annual General Meeting.  Prior to the Annual General Meeting, prospective Directors are welcome to attend Regular Board Meetings.
