Rural Response for Healthy Children Parent Support and Education team offer practical tools, strategies and resources to families through individual and group sessions.
Our team is trained to deliver positive parenting programs, including; Nobody’s Perfect, Power to Parent, Caring Dads, Circle of Security, Bounce Back and Thrive and Mothers In Mind. In 2018, the parent support team is completing the infant mental health promotion series delivered by The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto.
Individual Support serves parents and caregivers who are seeking support and education to define and reach their parenting goals. The Individual Support program provides positive opportunities for parents/caregivers to set parenting goals, engage in an action plan and raise their children in a healthy, safe and secure environment. We meet with you at our Clinton office or somewhere in your community i.e. library or coffee shop.

Parenting Groups offer support for learning together about healthy child development, positive parenting and interactive activities for parent/caregivers and children. We always offer healthy snacks and if you need transportation to attend our groups, please let us know and we will make arrangements. Location and timing of parenting groups varies each season and are free for parents/caregivers and their children to attend. Looking for a parenting group?
