Caregiver Connections

Caregiver Connections is an in-person group for parents/caregivers raising children with disabilities, autism or mental health concerns. It is a chance to chat and check in with other families to share successes, challenges and strategies.

Occurs the second Tuesday of the month. October's event will be at the Huron Community Family Health Team in Seaforth and the theme is harvest! We will create gratitude jars, work on our mindfulness, and connect with others. Locations and themes change each month, check out our other events to see their locations and themes!
