Crockpot Cooking Program (1)
Parents/caregivers with children living at home are welcome to attend our four-week autumn crockpot cooking classes. This program is only for residence of Vanastra. The program dates are November 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29th from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m.

About the Event
Each participant receives a crockpot to keep, and each week will prepare a recipe to take home and cook for a family meal. Facilitated by our Parent Support Worker, Susan Cowman who shares healthy, affordable and yummy crockpot recipes while discussing the importance of healthy eating and family meal time. There is no cost to participate. Childcare maybe offered if requested during program time. This in person program is only for residents of Vanastra.
