About the Event
We have partnered with Huron Respite Network to offer this in-person group for parents/caregivers raising children with disabilities, autism, or mental health concerns. It is a chance to chat and check in with other families who are in similar situations to share successes, challenges, and strategies. It occurs once a month on either the second or third Tuesday, alternating between evenings and mornings.
This program is funded by the Government of Canada and Huron Respite Network, allowing us to offer it free of charge to participants! Registration is required to attend.
LOCATION: The Den at 68 Courthouse Square, Goderich
THEME: Fun Factor! A night of board games, mocktails, smoothies, and snacks. There will also be a draw for all those who attend with some fun giveaways!
FACILITATORS: Jill Robertson, Parent Support Worker at Rural Response for Healthy Children & Laura Kirk, Respite Coordinator at Huron Respite Network
REGISTRATION: Email or call Laura at lkirk@clch.ca or 1 (519) 524-7362 ext. 222 to register by April 13 (or RSVP here and your name will be passed along to Laura).
