Caregiver Workshop

You can love your child fiercely and still find caregiving incredibly hard.

You can be grateful and exhausted. Hopeful and grieving. Confident one day and completely overwhelmed the next.

That's the both/and of caregiving, and we don't talk about it enough.

Join caregiver coach, speaker, author and fellow parent caregiver Nicole Dauz for an honest, practical workshop that blends lived experience, humour and real conversation about the parts of caregiving we don't always talk about.

We'll look more closely at the moments that often go unspoken: What happens inside you when your child is struggling in public and people are staring? How do you stop carrying other people's judgment? What do you do with the emotions you don't always feel comfortable admitting? And when so much is outside your control, where do you still have agency?

This isn't another workshop telling you to practise more self-care. You'll leave with language for experiences you may have struggled to explain, practical tools for difficult moments, a clearer understanding of what is and isn't yours to carry, and your own next steps for supporting yourself within the reality of your life.

This is a space to connect, reflect and take away what feels useful for you.
