Crockpot Cooking Program

The Crockpot Cooking Program is 3 sesions in length.  June 7, 14, 28th from 11:00 -12:00a.m. This program provides each participant a new free crockpot and the groceries each week to create simple and healthy meals for your family to take home.  Conversations about buying groceries on a budget, Canada's Food Guide, and explore strategies about how to connect with your family during meal times.  Space is limited for this program.
