12:30-1:30- Guest- Melissa Snowden, Self care, mindfulness, stress and beat the burn out.

Grandparents who are raising their grandchildren are welcome to join. We meet through the Internet, using Zoom. Participation provides a connection to caregivers living a similar experience. The facilitator provides opportunities to improve positive grandparenting skills and build caregiver-child attachment, as well as access to other community supports.
