This program is being offered in a playgroup format. This program provides an opportunity to share questions, concerns and ideas about being a parent. Parents lead the discussion based on their needs for positive parenting, understanding children's health, safety and behaviour. Space Limited.

About the Event
This program is for parents that have children 0-6 and is offered in a playgroup style. This program provides each participant with 5 resource books on the topics mind, body, safety, behaviour and parents. Each week a different book will be discussed through parent led discussions. Parents learn new parenting skills and build upon their existing strategies.
